The ingredients on a label are mentioned in the decreasing order, which means, that the first ingredient on any label is present in the highest quantity, the second ingredient lesser than that and going like that, the last ingredient is present in the least quantity. Ingredients: Banana Flour, Almond Flour, Coconut Sugar, Whole Rolled Oats Flour, Chia Seeds, Aluminium Free Baking Powder, Cinnamon.

When you swap your regular flour which could be whole wheat flour or refined flour with a nutrient dense, health boosting flour, your body immediately feels the difference. Since the first two ingredients are in the highest quantities, we decided to choose Almond flour and Raw banana flour to create TNB Pancake & waffle mixes.
