(RECIPE) Here is what you do :
1. For VEGAN Rasmalai Sauce : To a blender, add :
🔸60gms of TNB #PinkCityGRANOLA
🔸175 ml coconut milk or any plant based milk
🔸1 tablespoon of maple syrup
🔸A generous pinch of TNB #MasalaMilkMix
Soak the above for 30 minutes and blend till creamy. Adjust sweetness and consistency if needed.
2. #JustAddMilk to TNB Almond flour Pancake Mix and make pancakes. Plate them as shown.
3. Pour the sauce all over the pancakes. Top with saffron strands, rose petals, pistachios.
4. Serve immediately*!
*The sauce may thicken so the consistency to be adjusted depending on what time you serve.
