RECIPE for 2 :
1. Take 2 medium sized local, Indian sweet potatoes #TisTheSeason. Scrub them clean under water, then poke holes (not deep) using a fork or knife.
2. Slide the sweet potatoes in the oven and bake them at 160 degrees C for 65 minutes.
3. THE BEST and FUN PART BEGINS HERE : Cut open the sweet potato, roughly scrape using a fork to separate it from its skin. Top with TNB Protein Prix Granola Clusters, TNB Prune Jam, peanut butter, and everything else you dream in your #BreakfastDreams
