Getting back to your TNB Banana Bread add-ins, have you considered SPICES? It is THE game changer.
We tried 2 variations and here is the method to the first one :
1. Make your TNB Banana Bread batter in minutes as suggested at the back of your TNB “Classic” Banana Bread Mix.
2. Then add 1 heaping tablespoon of TNB Masala milk Mix to the batter.
3. Now taking a hint from kahwa, top your batter (right before sliding it in the oven) with TNB Slivered Almonds (find it under “Ingredients” category on the website).
4. That’s all. Then bake as suggested.
TASTE : This is a Banana Bread you may not have heard of before. Besides the goodness of all the brilliant ingredients, now you have a Banana Bread that is a further few notches up with the added amazingness from great-for-you spices viz. cardamom, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, star anise, nutmeg and ginger – all coming from a meticulously weighed and measured blend to give your body and mind a truly amazing experience.
BONUS : As if you weren’t already a fan of your house smelling of Banana Bread, now you have the pleasant, aromatic smells from the spices wafting through every corner of your home and may be your neighbour’s too!
Hope it helps. Have a delicious, delicious day! 🙌🏻💚
