🌻RECIPE for BEST-INGREDIENTS-EVER GULABJAMUNS :
Makes : around 8 mini Gluabjamuns
🟡For Gulabjamuns :
1. In a bowl, take ½ measuring cup of @thenibblebox #AlmondFlourPancakeMix Classic and add the following to it :
🔸1/8th teaspoon of baking soda
🔸3 tablespoons of any non dairy milk
Mix it well and give it a standing time for 15 minutes. It will firm up. Grease your hands with a drop of oil and make 8 tiny, bite sized balls. Small helps them to keep firm and not break while frying.
🟡For the syrup :
2. Heat ½ cup of jaggery with ¼ cup of water for about 10 minutes and do not let it thicken by adding in a teaspoon of water if needed. Turn off the heat and add to it, 4-6 strands of saffron and ½ teaspoon of cardamom powder.
3. In a pan, heat oil on low heat and fry the balls made in step 1. This needs to happen quickly as they go golden pretty fast.
4. Put the fried gulabjamuns straight into the syrup and coat them evenly. Serve and garnish with chopped pistachios.
