3. Oil – you could use oil of your choice. Just know that some oils impart their characteristic flavour to the cake. Ex – olive oil, etc. (some people LOVE olive oil cakes) Our recommendation would be that you choose oil that is #neutral in taste. You could even make your cake much healthier by choosing coconut oil for its healthy fats and rich flavour.
4. Time – ensure that you make one cake at a time in your microwave for the suggested duration of 90 seconds.
