How can you make your breakfast from being good to great?
Nothing is perfect and there is almost ALWAYS scope to make your most important meal of the day better than what it has been. You just need to have an open mind to see the many, many possibilities that exist around you.
Here are some basics that we like to consider while creating new breakfasts and snacks for you :
1. EVERY INGREDIENT MATTERS :
Choose only the best possible ingredients to make your breakfast go from being good to great.
2. DIVERSITY :
Your gut loves diverse foods and so does your mood.
3. BALANCING THE MACROS :
Try to keep getting better and balanced with the macros.
4. AS WHOLESOME AS IT GETS :
Make use of clean, whole ingredients as much as possible. The closer the ingredients to being whole, the better it is for your body’s optimal health. How we LOVE whole oats, millets, whole amaranth, quinoa, nuts, and seeds!
5. GUT FRIENDLINESS :
If you love your health, gut is your best friend. We have covered it in great details in the previous posts about what boosts gut health and how TNB Breakfast ensures its gut friendliness. 6. BRAIN FOODS :
Choose foods rich in healthy fats to support optimal health of your brain and of your hormones. Isn’t it just so amazing that these brain foods are delicious, too!

Fiber gives a feeling of fullness and ensures a great bowel movement – two very crucial health monitoring parameters. No wonder we love whole rolled oats so much!
We know that it not always convenient to invest in hours of research and to make your breakfast and snacks that way when your body is doing just okay.
But when you FEEL the difference in your body and mind after consuming a truly nourishing breakfast (viz. better energy levels, a feeling of fullness with an active state of body and mind, etc.), you know it’s the right way to go.
