If you want to make your lassi vegan, here is a version that is free of dairy, refined sugar and preservatives.
Recipe serves 3
Ingredients :
- 40g overnight soaked almonds or 2 heaping tablespoons of TNB Plant Milk Base
- 1 tablespoon TNB Rose milk mix
- 220ml water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or 1/4th cup of vegan yogurt (for tanginess)
- 1 tablespoon of TNB date syrup (or any sweetener of choice)
- 1 medium ripe banana (for natural sweetness)
- 6 ice cubes
Method : blend all the ingredients until smooth. Serve chilled garnished with nuts of choice.
