Make hot, health and immunity boosting, caffeine free, energising, vegan chai with this easy recipe :
Recipe serves 3
Ingredients :
- 300ml of water
- 1/4th teaspoon of TNB Golden Milk mix (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of TNB Masala milk mix
- 7 Tulsi leaves (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of TNB Date syrup
Method : Simmer the above ingredients in a saucepan for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat (it is recommended to not boil plant-based milk to prevent curdling and to keep the nutritional value intact). Then add the following :
- 100ml of any plant based milk (try TNB Plant milk base)
Sieve and serve immediately.
