Make a chilled, delicious, nutritious vegan chocolate shake with this easy recipe (free of dairy, trans fats, artificial flavours and preservatives) :

Ingredients :
• 300ml plant based milk (or blend 30g TNB Plant milk base in 250ml water)
• 4 tablespoons TNB Belgian Hot Chocolate mix
• 1 medium ripe banana
• 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
• 6 ice cubes
Method : blend all the ingredients until smooth. Serve chilled.
